Sanjaya Anthem

Ok, I'm ready to stop watching American Idol! But I won't...I'm too hooked! I was so disappointed to see Gina voted off last night. She wasn't the "best" of all the singers and wouldn't have won, but she was one of my favorites. I am soooo tired of Sanjaya coming back every week after the worst performance and some weeks not even being in the bottom three. I also heard yesterday that Howard Stern is asking his listeners to vote for Sanjaya just to screw up American Idol. It's ridiculous... and it's working!

Well, for those of you who are just as ready to see Sanjaya go as I am, here is a little Sanjaya humor for your weekend!

Blessings! And Happy Easter! Jesus is Risen!!

That is sooooo funny. I haven't been watching Idol on a regular basis, however I do want to know who is voted off. I can not believe he is still in the running. I thought he was horrible a few weeks ago. It is shocking!!!!

It was good seeing you in Tulsa. Love ya!!

Sorry, with this new blogger account I no longer exist in the system. The above was written by the better half.

Love Ya!

I am with you---watching Sanjaya is like looking at a car wreck--you can't help but look even when you know it is going to make you sick. I didn't want Gina to go either. I wanted the other girl, I cant remember her name, but she wore the green dress and Simon said she was "pageanty". The judges couldn't comment on anything but her looks. Do you know who I am talking about?

Anyway, nice to e-talk to another AI fan. And thanks for stopping by Dancing In The Light. I really appreciate your comments.
Peace

Neva, I think you are talking about Hayley. And yes, I thought she should have gone too. She is just really pretty, not a great singer. Glad to know you are an AI fan as well! :) Blessings.

Liz,
I am with you! I can't believe
Sanjaya is getting so many votes. It is making a mockery of what the whole show is about. Gina was not my favorite either, but I thought she did a pretty good job on the last show. I felt so sorry listening to her sobbing. But I guess I can't complain too much, as I just watch, I don't call in.
Have a great Easter!

Too Funny! I love Idol. But it just doesn't seem as good this year as some of the past. I guess I miss having a "rocker" person.

Have a great weekend,

Trey

Liz, right there with you...We've actually started recording it and just watching the people we like. We don't even watch the results show anymore since we know he's not getting voted off.
